一种基于纳米SnO2材料的CO气敏器件的研制
The Fabrication of CO Gas Sensor Based on Nanometer SnO 2 Power
【摘要】 介绍了纳米SnO2PdO混合材料及其CO气敏器件的制备过程,并对该敏感器件的敏感特性进行了测试和分析。结果表明,由纳米材料制备的敏感器件对CO的敏感特性大大提高。
【Abstract】 The fabrication process of nanometer SnO 2 PdO material and its gas sensor were introduced in this paper, and the characteristic of the gas sensor was measured and analyzed. The result showed that this kind of gas sensor based on nanometer power had a better sensitivity characteristic on monoxide.
