【Abstract】 In this paper the process of thermas transfer of SRT Sensor is analyzed mainly and the thermal transfer model is established.The charccteristic of momentary thermal response is analyzed in theory,the expression of theoretidcal thermal response charcteristic curve and thermal time contrant are achieved and the typical thermal time constant of SRT sensor with plastic sealing is calcalafed.更多还原
