【Abstract】 A new outputs model combining the effects of cross sensitivity of componential forces with the influence of force position for three axis force sensor is developed in this paper. A simple caliberation procedure is recommended as well. As both the cross sensitivities of the force sensor and the force acting positions information are taken into account, the presented numeric compensation method can improve the accuracy of measurment data significantly.更多还原
