【Abstract】 The paper introduces the application of phase-controlled soft switching teachnique in high power laser power supply. The principle of phase-controlled soft-switching is analysed. Based on the phase-controlled soft-switching technique, the paper give the circuit structure of the hign power laser power supply. Experiment result shows that this power supply is possessed of high current stabilizing precision and excellent dynamic regulation performance.更多还原
