毛细管气相色谱/质谱法测定核桃仁油的脂肪酸
Determination of Fatty Acids in Walnut Oil by Capillary GC/MS/MSD
【摘要】 采用石油醚萃取核桃仁中的脂肪酸甘油酯,并对其交酯化反应,以毛细管气相色谱/质谱/计算机法测定核桃仁油的脂肪酸组成,检出棕榈酸(1.78%)、亚油酸(70.65%)、油酸(26.84%)、硬脂酸(0.47%)等4种脂肪酸
【Abstract】 Walnut was extracted with petroleum and interesterified.Then walnut oil was determined by capillary GC/MS/MSD.Four fatty acids were found with the following composition:plamilic acid (1.78%); linoleic acid (70.65%); oleic acid(26.84%); stearic acid (0.47%).
