【摘要】 围绕某国营造纸厂在制造绘图纸过程中出现的“成卷工艺”过关和“切断工艺”过关的两个实际问题为中心,用制造系统工程理论分析、比较了不同目标下的不同方案,叙述了在生产决策中目标的重要性和与此相应的方案所起的重要作用.通过工序和经济性分析,提出了厂方满意的决策方案,并以实例介绍了在生产决策中制造系统工程理论的应用更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focused on the problems of rolling and cutting process in paper making industry.
