【摘要】 目的：探讨抗青光眼术后白内障患者的手术方法和效果。方法：对７１例（７８只眼）进行了回顾性研究，其中眼压失控者１０只眼。结果：术后视力≥０５者３５只眼（４６０％）。结论：虽然术后视力较其它组差，但大多数患者均有改善。青光眼性视神经萎缩是影响视力恢复的主要因素。更多还原
