【摘要】 目的：通过自测表的自身检测，提高人群对青光眼的防范能力，早期发现青光眼，降低盲目率。方法：参照Ｂｅｈｅｔ 病评症记分法，并对大样本青光眼病人的临床表现总结归纳，根据构成比的不同确定简单分数，在具体应用中计算出灵敏度、漏诊率及准确度。结果：自测表返回８ ２１６ 份，其准确度分别为９８－２０ ％ 、９６－０％ 、９２－０ ％ ，漏诊率分别为１－８ ％ 、４－０ ％ 、８－０％ ，当地的青光眼盲目率逐年下降，新发盲目人数减少显著。结论：该表具有较强的科学性、普及性、实用性及效能性，可有效地保护易感人群，降低青光眼的致盲率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-testing by using the glaucoma self-test tables,could enhance the humans ability to prevent and early diagnose glaucoma,and decrease blind incidence.Referring to the methods evaluating Beh*set disease,the clinical manifestations of the huge samples of glaucoma patients were summarized and the fraction was determined in line with the difference between the component ratio.The sensitivity,diagnosis missing percentage and accuracy were calculated.8216 glaucoma self-test tables from 3 groups were returned with the accuracy of 98 2%,96 0%and 92 0% respectively,and the diagnosis missing percentage of 1 8%,4 0%and 8 0%,respectively.The blind percentage from glaucoma in the local area decreased by the years and the new blind patients were significantly reduced.The table was very acceptable for the science,extension,practice and efficacy,which could effectively protect the people liable to the disease and decrease the blind incidence from glaucoma.更多还原
