【摘要】 目的：观察系列乳癖合剂对乳腺增生病的疗效，阐明其作用机理。目的：以乙烯雌二醇造成豚鼠乳腺增生模型，分别灌服天冬素片水溶液及择时灌取系列乳癖合剂；结果：对临床病例分别口服天冬素片及按女性性周期择期服用系列乳癖合剂。结果表明，该合剂能减轻实验性豚鼠乳腺组织的增生性形态变化，即减少乳腺小叶数目、腺泡数及乳房增大值，且能降低实验性豚鼠血中雌二醇含量，其作用明显优于天冬素片；系列乳癖合剂择时给药对临床乳腺增生病总有效率达88．8％，与天冬素片组相比差别有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论：系列乳癖合剂对乳腺增生病有较好的治疗效果，能明显减轻实验性豚鼠乳腺组织的增生性形态变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To observe the therapeutic effects by timed agtninistration of serial Rupi and to clarify its functional mech-anism. Method: Making rats’ mammary gland hyperplasia models by estradioli benzoas, random divided into control group,denzoas group benzoas plus Tiandongsu tablets group, denzoas plus traditional Chinese medcine big dose group and small dose group, respectively administration of Tiandongsu oral solution or timed administration of serial Rupi mizture. According to fe-male menstrual cycle, clinical cases were randomly divided into the threatment group and the control group, ropectively timed administration of serial Rupi mizture or Tiandongsu tablets. ResuIts: The medicine can reduce hyperplasia form changes of ex-Perimental rat’s mammary tissues, the number of luboli mamma, gland bubbles, and breast enlargemant value. It can also reduce benzoas content in experimental rat’s blood, its function obviously better than Tiandongsu tablets (P < 0.05). Total effective rate of timed administration by serial Rupi mizture to cIinical mammary gland hyperplasia is 88. 8%, which has marked significance (P<0.01) compared with Tiandongsu tablets. Conclusion: Timed administration of serial Rupi mizture has better therapeutic effects on mammary gland hyperplasia, which can obviously reduce the hyperplasia form changes of ex-perimental rats’ mammary glang tissues.更多还原
