【Abstract】 Aim: To study the value of the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy with l2 leadQRS general amplitude record method standard. Methods: The 246 patients’ regular 12 lead electrocar-diograms were recorded whi1e the patients were examined with ultrasonic cardiogram equipment, and thenthe value of the diagnosis of the three kinds electrocardiogram standards to the left ventricular hypertrophywas compared and observed. Results: 12 lead QRS general amplitude record method standard has highercorrectness in diagnosis (86. 17 % ).
