体描法气道阻力测定分度判断矽肺阻塞性通气功能障碍的初步探讨

【摘要】 目的 探讨体描法气道阻力测定的分度值对矽肺阻塞性通气功能障碍进行分度。方法 选择进行过有关测定的矽肺患者200 例,以第1 秒用力呼气量的分度值分为正常、轻度、中度、重度组观察各组体描法气道阻力测定项目的变化。结果 统计学处理各组间有显著性差异。2 种测定法观察值有显著相关性,由此得体描法气道阻力各项目的分度值。结论 体描法气道阻力测定能直接反映气道阻力的变化且灵敏度高,人为因素较小,故用其分度值来判断矽肺阻塞性通气功能障碍可能更具有客观性

【Abstract】 Objective Primary study on grading method of plethysmographical airway resistance measurement to judge obstructive dysfunction of pulmonary ventilation in silicosis. Methods According to their FEV 1.0 values, 200 silicosis cases were divided into 4 groupss:normal, slight, medium and severe, and their values of plethysmographical airway resistance were measured. Results The results demonstrated that there was a significant statistic difference among groups and that the two test methods showed obvious correlative relationship. Individual plethysmographical gradings were therefore identified. Conclusion Plethysmographical airway resistance measurement can directly and sensitively reflect the changes of airway resistance with relatively little interferences of artificiality. Plethysmographical grading is therefore an objective method to judge obstructive dysfunction of pulmonary ventilation in silicosis.
