【摘要】 目的本文应用二维超声检查对患有心脏囊虫病的患者进行了研究。材料与方法对确诊为囊虫病（皮下囊尾蚴、脑囊虫病）又伴有心脏不适或心电图异常的３０例患者用二维超声进行了治疗前、后的系统观察。结果未经治疗的患者在心肌内可见无回声区，无回声区内可见强点状回声，经系统治疗后，无回声区消失，局部回声较强或呈强点状回声。结论本文认为二维超声在临床上可做为诊断心脏囊虫病的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the diagnoses of cardiac cysticercosis, the ultrasonography were used. Materials and method A systematic observation before and after the treatment was given to the patients with confirmed diagnosis(subcutaneous lesions of cerebral cysticercosis), most of the cases had uncomfortableness in heart of abnormality on electrocardiogram. results The cases untreated had intramyocardial echo free area and strong point echo could be seen in it. After the systematic treatment,echofree area disappeared. The localized echo was strong or strong point echo appeared. Conclusion The ultrasonography is the best method to cardio or cerebral cysticercosis in clinic.更多还原
