【摘要】 目的：探讨检查脑脊液新型隐球菌密度的较佳方法。方法：对送检的１８例隐球菌性脑膜脑炎患者的脑脊液标本分别进行墨汁涂片镜检与抗酸染色镜检，算出脑脊液新型隐球菌密度，对两种方法的结果作配对ｔ检验。结果：墨汁涂片镜检明显优于抗酸染色镜检，两组间的差异有显著性意义（ｔ＝２．４１，Ｐ＝０．０２１６）。结论：宜采用墨汁涂片镜检做脑脊液新型隐球菌密度检查更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To verify the better method for microscopy detection of Cryptococcus neoformans density in cerebrospinal fluid Methods: Chinese ink smear and acid fast stain were used in the detection of Cryptococcus neoformans density in cerebrospinal fluid of 18 cases with Cryptococcus neoformans meningoencephalitis Statistical analysis was performed by paired t test Results: Chinese ink smear was much better than acid fast stain for the detection of Cryptococcus neoformans density in cerebrospinal fluid The difference between their results was significant ( t =2 41, P =0 0216) Conclusion: Chinese ink smear is recommended for microscopy detection of Cryptococcus neoformans density in cerebrospinal fluid更多还原
