【摘要】 目的：评价西沙必利与治胃灵合用治疗慢性便秘的疗效。方法：对我院1996年1月至1998年3月间的90例慢性便秘病人，应用西沙必利5mg，每日3次，餐前服；治胃灵2片，每日3次，餐后服，疗程6周。结果：显效69例，有效16例，无效5例。显效率为77％（69／90），有效率为18％（16／90），总有效率为94％（85／90），无效率为6％（5／90）。结论：西沙必利具有选择性促进全胃肠动力的作用，能增加便秘患者的肠蠕动；治胃灵具有轻泻通便的作用，服后可使肠腔内干结的粪便软化而易排出，两者合用起到协同作用，效果更好，有临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of cisapride and chieflin on the treatment of chronicconstipation. Methods: 90 patients with chronic constipation from Jan. 1996 to Mar. 1998 were given cisapride 5 mg (tid beforemeals) and chieflin 2 tablets (tid after meals) for a 6 weeks. Results: 69 patients (77% ) revealed marked effects, 16patients (18% ) got partial effects and 5 patients got no effect. The total effective rate was 94 %. Conclusion: Cisaprideis a gastrointestinal prokinetic agent. It can enhances and coordinates gastrointestinal propulsivemortility in patientswith constipation. Chief lin has slight cathartic effect and can soften the dry stool. therefor make defecation moreeasily. The combination of cisapride and chief lin shows synergic effect and better results in the treatment of chronicconstipation. They are worth for clinical practive.更多还原
