锂活化钨氧化物氢还原制取粗结晶钨粉过程的初步探讨
Investigation on Preparation of Coarse Crystal W Powder through Li activated H 2 Reduction of WO 3
【摘要】 锂活化钨氧化物氢还原过程分四个阶段进行。掺有200×10-6锂盐的三氧化钨在900~950℃氢还原,还原时间缩短近20%,活化效果明显地表现在WO2W这一阶段。关于钨粉粒度的长粗,加锂的作用从WO2.72WO2这一阶段起明显地表现出来,而在WO2W这一阶段更为突出。基于实验结果,探讨了还原过程活化及晶粒长大的机制。
【Abstract】 Li activated H 2 reduction of WO 3 is carried out in four steps. During reduction of WO 3 with 200×10 -6 lithia at 900-950℃, the reduction duration can decrease by ~20%,The activation is greatly shown in the step of WO 2 W. The coarsening of W powder size and the effect of Li addition are clearly indicated in the step of WO 2.72 -WO 2,particularly in the step of WO 2-W. The mechanism of activation and grain coarsening during reduction is discussed.
