【摘要】 本文将中药复方复聪片及方内补肾、活血祛瘀、益气养血、通窍聪耳等主药分别进行治疗豚鼠庆大霉素（GM）耳中毒的观察。豚鼠每日肌注庆大霉素100mg／kg2次，共8日，耳廓反射消失后，喂服复聪片及各拆方组药物30日。采用测定治疗前后听觉脑干诱发电位（ABR）阈值，耳蜗铺片外毛细胞观察计数，血管纹观察，耳蜗超微结构电镜观察等方法，结果证实复聪片及方中活血祛瘀药物可促使受损毛细胞、血管纹形态及功能恢复，有效降低庆大霉素耳中毒豚鼠听阈，阻止庆大霉素停药后迟发的听阈升高。说明复聪片对庆大霉素所致药物中毒性聋有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fucong Tablet is a Kind of compound prescription of TCM, including varied components which can tonify the kidney, promote blood circulation, replenish Qi and blood, and open the ears’ orifice to make hearing keen. In this experiment, Fucong Tablets and their major components were assessed respectively in ototoxity models of gulnea pigs. Gentamycin (GM) were given intramuscularly twice daily for 8 days at daily dose 100 mg per kilogram until the guinea pigs’ auricle reflex disappeared, then Fucong Tablets and its major components were given orally respectively 30 days. The changes of auditory brain stem evoked reponse(ABR) threshold before and after treatment, the outer hair cell counts, the condition of the vascular stria blood circulation,and the ultrastructure of the cochleae were observed. The results indicated that Fucong Tabltes and the components which could prornote blood circulation would restore the morphosis and the function of the hair cell in the cochlease, effectively lower the ABR threshold of the ototoxic guinea pigs, and block the tardy ABR threshold elevation after treatment. All the above suggested that Fucong tablets have therapeutical action on the ototoxic deafness induced by GM.更多还原
