用电尘灰制备聚合氯化铝铁絮凝剂的研究

【摘要】 利用电尘灰为主要原料制备聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)絮凝剂,用红外光谱和X射线衍射分析技术表征了PAFC的结构,试验了PAFC处理制革工业废水的效果

【Abstract】 Polyaluminium ferric chloride(PAFC), a newtype of inorganic flocculant, was prepared by utilizing dust collected from exhaust fume with electrostatic precipitator. PAFC structure was analyzed with infrared spectrophotometer and Xray diffractometer. PAFC flocculation property in treatment of leather tanning wastewater has been investigated. The total Cr and COD can be removed by over 99% and 78%, respectively. The results are better than those of AlCl 3.
