【摘要】 目的探讨心包内全肺切除的手术方式及临床疗效。方法64例Ⅲ型中央型肺癌，其中鳞癌31例，腺癌22例，混合细胞癌11冽。按照统一手术方式，术后观察一年及三年生存率。结果患者经手术及术后处理痊愈出院，1年生存率82％，3年生存率31．5％。结论心包内全肺切除能使部分中晚期中央型肺癌手术切除成为可能，且能避免心包外处理解剖不清而出现的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the way of operation of innerpericardial total pneumonectomy and its clinical effect. Methods Unified operation was conducted to treat 64 cases of central type Ⅲ carcinoma of lung,among whom 31 cases were squamous carcinoms,22 cases were adencarcinoma, 11 cases were mixed cell cancer. Then their one - year and three - year survival rate after operation were observed. Results Through operation and postoperative treatment, the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital, their oneyear survival rate reached 82%, three - year survival rate reached 32. 5 %. Conclusion Innerperivardial total pneumonectomy can make the excision of mediate and advanced - stage central type carcinoma of lung possible,and it can also avoid complications caused by unclear extrapericardial dissection.更多还原
