【摘要】 目的寻找脊膜膨出的最佳治疗方案。方法对38例脊膜膨出患儿采取正中横切口，直接切开皮肤、皮下组织及脊膜囊壁，直视下修补脊膜膨出基底部，剪除多余组织。结果28例患儿经手术治疗均痊愈出院，经随访3mno～5a，无远期并发症。结论该手术方法与传统手术方法相比，简化了操作过程，缩短了手术时间，出血少，效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To search for the best way to treat spinal meningocele. Method In the treatment of 38 cases of spinal meningocele, the mid - transverse incision was adopted to cut open directly the skin, hypodermis and the cyst wall of spinal meninges with direct exposure of the base of spinal meningocele to be repaired,and then remore the redundant tissue. Result After operation,38 infant with spinal menigocele were full recorery and released from hospital. No complication has been found after operation 3 month to 5 year. Conclusion Compared with traditional methods, the improved method is simple and cperating time is shorened with less bleeding and better results.更多还原
