【摘要】 目的探讨介入性超声在妇科肿块诊治中的应用。方法超声引导下对246例妇科肿块进行穿刺诊断，同时对185例妇科肿块进行穿刺治疗。结果穿刺后诊断与手术、病理检查及随访结果的符合率94．3％。对185例妇科肿块进行超声引导下穿刺治疗术，总有效率96．2％，其中对卵巢单纯性囊肿的治愈率达100％，内膜囊肿的治愈率达92．18％。结论介入性超声可提高妇科肿块的诊断率。对某些妇科肿块的介入治疗达到了与外科手术相同的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the application of einterventional diagnosis and treatment in gynecological pelvic mass guided by ultrasound. Method The diagnose and treatment the patients with tne percutaneous puncture guided by ultrasound were performed in 246 patients with gyneological pelvic mass, and 185 patients with gynecological pelvic mass were treated by paracentemic administration at the some time. Result The diagnostic coincidence rate was 94. 5 % (232/246) comparing with the final reports of histopathological and postoperative diagnosis, or folowing-up servey, The effective rate was 96. 7% (178/185) for 185 patients rcecived the perutaneous puncture treatment. Farthere more the cure ratc was 100% and 92. 2% (59/64) in patients with simple ovarian cyst and intima ovarian cyst, respectively. Conclusion It may be improved the correct diagnosis of the gynecological pelvic mass by interventional ultrasound. And the therapy with einterventional ultrasound has the same effects as the surgical operations for certain sorts of pelvic mass.更多还原
