【摘要】 目的探讨Langerhanscell（LC）和淋巴细胞在贲门癌中的反应与预后的关系。方法以生物素标记链霉菌素蛋白免疫组织化学方法，用S－100蛋白抗体对贲门癌组织进行染色，油镜下观察LC及淋巴细胞的数量变化，将所得结果用秩和检验法进行统计分析。结果癌组织中LC的数量与其分化程度、患者预后呈正相关，同时在密集的区域常有淋巴细胞伴随。结论癌组织内S－100蛋白阳性LC及淋巴细胞随数量的增多，患者生存期随之延长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the relation of Langerhans cells and lymphocyte between the reaction and the prognosis in interstitial tissue of cardiac cancer. Methods Using S-100 protein antibodies by the way of LSAB immunohistochemical method, the immune stains were performed on carcinoma tissue.The number change of Langerhans’ cells and lymphocytes were observed under an oil lens. The results were analysised with rank sum test. Result The number of Langerhans’ cells in cancer tissue was in positive correlation with the degree of differentiation of cardiac cancer and the patients prognosis. Meanwhile the dense area of Langerhans’ cells was often accompanied. Conclusion With the increase in number of S-100 protein positive Langerhans’ cells and lymphocytes in the interstitial tissue of cardiac cancer, the survival span of the patient was prolonged accordingly.更多还原
