【摘要】 目的 :探讨高血压病脑卒中患者 5-羟色胺 (5- HT)等物质变化与临床的关系。方法 :用荧光法测定 4 8例脑卒中患者血浆和脑脊液 5- HT,5-羟吲哚乙酸 (5- HIAA) ,去甲肾上腺素 (NE)水平。结果 :高血压病脑卒中患者血浆和脑脊液 5- HT、 5- HIAA、 NE水平显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,脑出血组 5- HT升高更为显著 ,脑卒中死亡患者 5- HT显著高于存活者 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :本研究提示 ,5-HT水平升高在高血压病脑卒中的发病中可能有重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Clinical significance of the levels of 5 HT (5 hydroxytryptamine) in essential hypertension cerebral stroke.Methods:The plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) levels of 5 HT,5 HIAA(5 hydroxyindoleacetic acid) and NE(norepinephrine) were measured in 48 patients with hypertension cerebral strode by fluorometry.Results:The plasma and CSF levels of 5 HT,5 HIAA and NE were significantly higher in the patients with cerebral stroke than those within the controls ( P <0 001).The increase of 5 HT levels was most prominent in hemorrhagic stroke group ( P <0 001).In the dead cases,plasma and CSF levels of 5 HT were markedly higher than those in the survivals ( P <0 01).Conclusion:This study indicates that the increase of levels 5 HT may play an important role in essential hypertension cerebral stroke.
