【摘要】 目的 :研究心脏起搏对伴有心、脑、肾并发症的慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 :根据患者病情需要安置心脏临时起搏器 16 0例 ,永久起搏器 (VVI) 352例。结果 :全部患者都获得满意的疗效 ,埋藏式心脏起搏器有并发症 2 8例 ,发生率 8%。结论 :心脏起搏器是治疗慢型心律失常的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of implantable pacemaker on the bradycardia patients with complication.Methods:The permanent or temporary pacemakers were selected according to individual clinical conditions,permanent pacemakers were implanted on 352 patients,temporary pacemakers were implanted on 160 patients.Results:All cases with implantable pacemakers acquired satisfactory effect,the complication of permanent pacemakers occurred in 28 cases (8%).Conclusion:Implantable pacemaker is an effective and safe method of curing bradycardia.更多还原
