【Abstract】 In this paper, a new spectrum analysis method, Which is named after VTBMEM Spectrum Matrix, is introduced. VTBMEM combines the advantages of VTB (varied time base) technique and MEM Spectrum, so it may be useful for analyzing the signal whose frequency is time-varied. It is anticipated that this method will play a special role in fault diagnosis and studies of the rotator signal during its starting or stoopping process.更多还原
