湖南省非血吸虫病流行区钉螺抽样调查分析

【摘要】 目的查明我省非血吸虫病流行区是否存在钉螺孳生地和潜在的血吸虫病疫区。方法1998年4~7月采取环境抽样和系统抽样相结合的方法,对我省的117个县(市、区、农场)的933个乡(镇、办事处),5028个村(居委会)进行了抽样调查。结果共查螺247条水系,17458处,面积76352.4万m2,发现有螺水系8条,104处,有螺面积878.97万m2。结论新流行区地级市1个(株洲),县级区3个(株洲市的荷塘、石峰、芦淤),有螺乡镇16个,村52个。

【Abstract】 Objective To ascertain if there are snail-breeding places and potential schistoso-miasis endemic areas in non-endemic area in Hunan province. Mothods A sampling snail survey was carried out from April to July in 1998. A total of 5028 villages in 117 counties including 933 town-ships were selected using a combined method of environmental sampling and systematic sampling techniques. Results A total area of about 763. 524 million square metres in 17458 spots of 247 riv-er systems were surveyed. Snails were found in an area of 8. 789 7 million square metres in 104spots along 8 water systems, which distributed in 52 villages of 16 townships. Conclusion One district and 3 counties in Zhuzhou City were regarded as newlyfound endemic areas.
