细菌纤维素的商业化用途

【摘要】 介绍了木醋杆菌产生的微生物纤维素的合成机理,结构特点和用途。微生物来源的纤维素具有许多优越的性能,如纯度高、结晶度高、强度高,又有很好的亲水性,微生物纤维素在声音振动膜、食品、医药中人造皮肤、纸品添加剂等产品的制造中,已进入实用阶段,并在其它领域具有广泛的潜在用途。在日本,仅微生物纤维素的原料产值已超过2600万美元。

【Abstract】 Biosynthesis mechanism and distinct structure of ndcrobial cellulose pnduced by AcetobaCer xyinum as well as the commercial application of microbia cellulose are introduced. Cellulose from bacterium have rnany distingUishing features, such as high purity, high crystallinity, great strength and good hydrophilia. Microbial cellulose have been commercially applied in the manufacture 0f audio diaphragms, healthfood, wound care products and paper productS, and have shown many other potential uses. The output value of microbial cellulose as material was up to $26 drillion per year in Japan.
