稀土大磁致伸缩材料研究

【摘要】 本文采用丘克拉尔斯基法制备晶粒取向的(Tb0.28Dy0.72)Fe1.95磁致伸缩材料,研究了材料的微观结构对磁致伸缩系数的影响。当(Tb0.28Dy0.72)Fex中x=1.95时,有明显的压应力效应,在10MPa、200kA/m时,磁致伸缩系数1500×10-6,当x=2时,由于出现RFe3相,压应力效应随之减小。

【Abstract】 Czochralski techniques have been used to produce grain aligned rods of (Tb 0 28 Dy 0 72 )Fe 1.95 .The effect of microstructure on magnetostriction was investigated.It was found that there is obvious rise in the compressive magnetostrictive properties for (Tb 0 28 Dy 0 72 )Fe x ,x=1.95,under 10MPa compressive stress,the magnetostriction were 1500×10 -6 in 200kA/m.It makes appearance of intragrain RFe 3 in the matrix phase RFe 2 for (Tb 0 28 Dy 0 72 )Fe x ,x=2,which results in disappearance of the compressive stress effect.
