侧脑室注射氯化镧对大鼠血清生长素和甲状腺素的影响
Effects of LaCl3 on GH and Thyroxin in Rat Serum afterInjected into Cerebral Lateral Ventricle
【摘要】 本文研究了侧脑室注入LaCl3对大鼠血清中生长系(GH)、甲状腺素(T3,T4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)和下丘脑中生长抑素(SS)的影响。侧脑室注射0001和001mol·L-1LaCl3,血清中T4和GH含量明显高于对照组(P<005,P<001),01和05mol·L-1LaCl3组血清T4和GH未见明显变化。侧脑室多次注射01mol·L-1LaCl3血清GH,T3,T4和TSH均明显增加(P<005),0001mol·L-1组血清激素无明显变化。在血清激素明显变化动物的下丘脑中SS含量均明显降低,说明一定量LaCl3注入脑室内可促进生长素和甲状腺素的分泌,其作用机制与下丘脑中SS抑素减少及腺垂体中TSH增多有关
【Abstract】 he effects of LaCl3 on growth hormone(GH), thyroxin(T3, T4), thyrotrophin(TSH) in serum and somatostatin(SS) in hypothalamus were studied after LaCl3 was injected into cerebral lateral ventricle of rat. The results show that the contents of GH, T4 in serum are higher than that of saline control(P<005, P<001) after single injection with 0001 and 001 molL-1 LaCl3. However, the 01 and 05 molL-1 of LaCl3 does not show effect on the hormones. In multiple injection experiment, 01 molL-1 of LaCl3 elevates the contents of GH, TSH, T3 and T4 in serum(P<005). The content of somatostatin(SS) in hypothalamus of rats with obvious changes of serum hormone is lower than that of control rats. The results indicate that certain amount of LaCl3 in cerebral lateral ventricle induces the secretion of growth hormone and thyroxin, and the effect mechanism may be related to the decrease of SS in hypothalamus and increase of TSH in adenohypohysis.
