稀土对复合表面处理H13钢耐磨性和高温抗氧化性的影响

【摘要】 利用扫描电镜、X 射线能谱分析和X 射线结构分析方法, 研究了H13 钢在无毒盐浴中添加CeO2 进行液体硫氮碳共渗, 然后再进行氧化处理的复合工艺中, 稀土对改善H13 钢耐磨性和高温抗氧化性所起的作用。结果表明, 添加稀土元素的复合表面处理可以使钢的耐磨性和高温抗氧化性显著提高。稀土的作用机制在于: 细化渗层中氮碳化物、改善氮碳化物的分布状况、增强氧化膜与相邻相之间结合力及缓解热应力。

【Abstract】 Steel H13 was put in non toxic salt bath with addition of CeO 2 for co diffusion of sulfur, nitrogen and carbon and followed by oxidation treatment. The effect of rare earths on the wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of steel H13 was studied with SEM, spectrometry and XRD. The result shows that the compound surface treatment with addition of rare earth can improve wear resistance and high temperature resistance to oxidation of steel H13. Under the condition of 30 N, 2 h, the wear weight loss was decreased by 40%, and the friction coefficient was reduced from 0 25 to 0 22; under the condition of 150 N, 0 2 h, the wear weight loss was decreased by 24%, and the friction coeffcient was reduced from 0 35 to 0 32. For the oxidation at 700 ℃, 4 h, the rate of weight gain decreases to only about 1/30 of that without rare earths.
