MlNi5-xSnx合金贮氢性能研究
Hydrogen Storage Properties of MlNi 5-x Sn x Alloys
【摘要】 研究了富镧混合稀土贮氢合金MlNi5 及加Sn 后对合金的结构、活化性能、吸氢容量和平衡氢压等性能的影响。通过X 射线衍射分析进行物相分析, 测试了298 ,313,333 K 温度下合金的吸、放氢PCT曲线。结果表明,MlNi5 - xSnx 合金(x=0 ~0.4) 为六方晶体结构的单相组织。以Sn 部分取代Ni 改善了MlNi5 的活化特性, 并使平台压力降低, 吸、放氢滞后减小。随着Sn 含量增加, 晶胞体积增大, 平衡氢压降低, 生成热减小, 氢化物稳定性提高。而少量的Sn 对吸氢能力降低较小, 是理想的替代元素。
【Abstract】 The effect of tin on structure, active properties, hydrogen content and hydrogen equilibrium pressure of lanthanum rich mischmetal of MlNi 5 hydrogen storage alloys were investigated. The phase structure was studied with X ray diffraction analysis. The absorption desorption pressure composition isotherms were measured under the temperature of 298, 313 and 333 K. The results indicate a hexagonal structure and a single phase of MlNi 5-x Sn x(x =0~0 4) alloys. The partial substitution of tin for nickel in MlNi 5 results in improved active rate, low equilibrium pressure and hysteresis. The cell volume increases, while the hydrogen equilibrium pressure and the enthalpy decrease with the increase of tin content. It shows the hydrides is more stable. However, there is little decrease in hydrogen capability when a small amount of tin is added, and tin is a good substituted element.
