【Abstract】 How IT affects organizational transformation and how to transform organizations by means of IT are vital problems facing modern businesses. The article first summarizes theories about how IT affects organizational transformation and puts forth a new perspective to supplement these theories. Second, the article analyses the advantage and disadvantage of "management in 90s" organizational model, strategic alignment model and business process reengineering, on the basis of which the article puts forth the equilibrium model of organizational transformation and two methods to transform organization by means of the model. One of the two methods is drived by business strategy, and the other by IT strategy. Finally, the article applies the model to transform the organization of banks.更多还原
