【摘要】 通过对泵轴填料密封的可靠性分析，找到了影响密封度的主要因素为压紧力、填料摩擦系数、初始间隙、密封环长度等－ 在实验研究的基础上对填料环进行了设计，用ＰＴＦＥ－ 聚苯酯（Ｅｋｏｎｏｌ） － 石墨自润滑复合材料做填料，测试表明，泵的性能明显提高，保证了密封的可靠性－ 表１ ，图６ ，参９－更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing reliability of the pump axle filling seal,the paper finds out key factors:axial pressure, friction of the filler,initial gap c 0 and length of the seal ring,which affect sealing degree.On the basis of experimental study the seal ring was conducted design.The filler is made from the selflubricating composite materials of PTFE-Ekonol-Graphite.Checkout indicated properties of the pump obvious raise.Reliability of seal could be guaranteed.1tab.,6figs.,9refs.更多还原
