混合法制备FeCl3-石墨层间化合物的初步研究
PRELIMINARY STUDY OF PREPARING FeCl 3-GIC BY MIXING METHOD *
【摘要】 研究了混合法制备FeCl3-GIC的反应温度、反应时间和C/FeCl3摩尔比对产物阶结构的影响。结果表明:反应温度是影响产物阶结构的主要因素;随着反应时间延长和C/FeCl3摩尔比减小,产物中低阶相的量增大,共存石墨减少;在适宜的条件下可制得纯一阶的FeCl3-GIC。
【Abstract】 During preparing FeCl 3 GIC, the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and ratio of C/FeCl 3 on the stage structure of the resultants were studied by mixing method.Results show that the reaction temperature is a main factor affecting the stage structure of the resultants, and that the amount of low stage phase in the resultants increases, while the amount of coexisting graphite phase decreases with the reaction time extending and the molar ratio of C/FeCl 3 decreasing. Moreover,pure stage 1 FeCl 3-GIC can be prepared by appropriate conditions:reaction temp.450℃,C/FeCl 3 mole ratio 5.44 and soaking time 1 h.
