【Abstract】 This article demonstraes the significance of the research in the philosophy oflaw, ouilines the main researchachievements as well as its inadequacies in this field during recent 20 years in China, and calls for establishing contempo-rary Chinese phliosophy of law. The authors suggest three possible choices, and examine several relationships such as thosebetween leading ideology and theoretical substance, tradition and reality, internationalization and localization, which justifysufficient considerations while contemplating theoretical models of the philosophy of law.更多还原
