【摘要】 采用卫星遥感(LandsatTM) 和地理信息系统(GIS) 相结合的技术, 调查了川西北高原地区的湿地(沼泽、泥炭) 资源。结果表明, 区内沼泽地面积29.8×104ha,泥炭地面积20.9×104ha,泥炭估算总储量15.4×108t。在查清湿地资源现状的基础上, 研究分析了湿地资源的分布规律和变化趋势, 划出了湿地资源保护的重点区域, 提出了湿地资源适度开发利用的原则和建议更多还原
