普通野生稻对稻褐飞虱的抗性遗传模式及其在育种上的应用

【摘要】 利用5 个不同编号的抗稻褐飞虱纯合普通野生稻与一个感虫品种杂交配制成5 个组合。对其亲本与后代的鉴定结果表明, 普通野生稻抗性由2 对具有重叠作用的隐性抗性基因控制;其抗性基因与普通野生稻主要农艺性状没有连锁遗传关系。在后代选育中, 重点宜放在对F2、BC1F2 代具有优良性状的个体中进行鉴定和回交。

【Abstract】 diverse wild rice clumps with BPH resistance were crossed with suceptible variety and 5 combinations were generated Resultes of identification to the parent plant and progeny indicated that resistance of wild rice to BPH were controlled by two allogenes There were no genetic linkage between resistant genes and the genes controlling major plant characters of wild rice In its application for breeding,the identification and backcross were put emphasis on F 2 and BC 1F 2 with fine character
