【摘要】 用稻瘟病菌 (Pyriculoria oryzae Cav.) 非致病性菌系89-44-1 和致病性菌系89-10-3, 89-7-3, 89-42-3 和89-12-1 的培养过滤液对寄主作毒力测定, 研究了粗毒素在水稻稻瘟病害中的作用初步确定稻瘟病菌粗毒素为致病性因素, 在病菌侵入寄主体内时起作用。不同菌系对寄主植物的毒力存在差异,金属元素Zn、Mn、Fe对稻瘟病菌菌丝生长有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The role of the raw toxin of P.oryzae Cav.in the rice blast was studied by using the culture filtrates of virulent strains including 89 10 3,89 7 3,89 42 3,89 12 1 and non virulent 89 44 1.The result of toxicity examination indicated that the raw toxin was a pathogenecity factor for the disease,which played role when it infected with the host.There were toxic differences between the culture filtrates of different strains and some metal elements covering Zn,Mn and Fe.The medium could promote the growth of mycelium of P oryzae .更多还原
