【摘要】 目的：探讨关节镜检术对膝关节骨性关节炎（关节退行性病，ＯＡ）的早期诊断和治疗效果。方法：在连续硬膜外麻下，取膝关节内侧入路，用关节镜对４０例膝关节ＯＡ（１９９４～１９９７）进行检查和镜下清理术。结果：随访２～４年（平均２．５年），术后综合评估１～２年优良率８２．５％，２年以后优良率５２．５％。结论：关节镜检术可对膝关节ＯＡ的诊断和治疗提供较全面而准确的信息；镜下关节清理术对早期ＯＡ疗效良好，具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少和可重复等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of the arthroscopy for early diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (OA) of knee joint.Method 40 cases(1994～1997) were examined and treated(with clearing techniqne) by arthroscopy through the tibial side of knee joint under continous epidural anaesthesia.Results After the treatment,all the patients were followed up for 2～4years,on the average of 2.5years.Good and excellent cure rate were 82.5% within 1～2years,and 52.5% after 2 years.Conclusion Arthroscopy provides comparatively overall and accurate information for the diagnosis and treatment of OA of the knee joint,and the clearing technique has many advantages such as minor injury,quick vecovery,less complications,repeatability,etc.更多还原
