【摘要】 目的：观察冬眠心肌再灌注前后局部心肌功能与整体心脏功能的变化。方法；建立犬短期心肌缺血状态的冬眠心肌模型，利用超声心动图在缺血后5、15、30、60、120、180min及再灌后5、10、15、30、60．120min分别测量局部心肌功能指标一局部面积变化率（△A％）、局部轴长变化率（△A％）、局部心肌增厚率（△T％）以及整体心功能指标一每分搏出量（CO）、每搏搏出量（SV）、射血分数（EF）。结果：冠脉狭窄后局部心肌与整体心脏功能明显降低（P＜0.001），狭窄期间相对稳定在低水平范围。再灌注后心肌功能随之改善。结论：冬眠心肌收缩功能及整体心脏功能与冠脉血流量直接相关，冬眠心肌具有收缩储备能力，血运恢复后心脏功能可迅即恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the change of cardiac function in dogs withmyocardium hibernation before and after reperfusion. Methods: A model of short-termmyocardium hibernation was established in dogs. The indexes of local myocardial function(A%,H%,T% ) and left ventricular function(SV, CO, EF) were measured by using echocardiographyat 5, 10, 30, 60, 120, 180minutes after coronary stenosis and at 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 minutes afterreperfusion. Results: The indexes of local myocardial function and left ventricular functiondecreased significantly(p< 0. 001 ) during the whole time of ischemia and remained at a low level.With the return of coronary flow, ventricular constrictive function improved. Conclusion: Thechange of constrictive function of hibernant myocardium relates closely with coronary blood flow (CBF)and it will recover soon after return of CBF; the constrictive ability of myocardium may bestored under the hibernant state.更多还原
