外磁场对过氧化氢酶酶促反应的影响
EFFECTS OF EXTERNAL MAGNETIC FIELD ON CATALASE-CATALYZED REACTION
【摘要】 在高底物浓度下,磁场反应速度加快,而在低底物浓度下,磁场反应速度降低,磁场中酶促反应动力学参数和反应历程均发生变化
【Abstract】 In the present study, the rate of reaction in a magnetic field was found to rise at higher substrate concentrations and drop at lower substrate concentrations. The dynamic parameters and processes of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction changed when it occurred in a magnetic field.
