【摘要】 用在龟心细胞系(TortoiseHeartCellLine,THC)上增殖的陆龟疱疹病毒(Testudoherpesvirus,THV),分别腹腔接种巴西彩龟(Trachemysscriptasliders)和中华鳖(Trionyxsinensis)。水温21～28℃,饲养82d。感染彩龟出现明显的呼吸道症状及眼睑肿胀,继而死亡,取死亡彩龟内脏匀浆,用THC分离病毒,出现与接种THV完全一致的CPE。接种THC冻融液的对照彩龟正常。中华鳖饲养115d,对照及感染鳖均无异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Testudo herpesvirus(THV)propagated with tortoise heart cells(THC)was intraperitoneally inoculated one Trachemys scripta sliders and four Trionyx sinensis.The animals were kept at 21～28℃.The T.scripta sliders showed symptoms like LETD(lung,eye,trachea disease)at 50 days,and died at 82 days pi.The homogenized organs of died T.scripta sliders were infected with THC and the cells exhibited similar cytopathic effect(CPE)to that caused by THV.The inoculated T.sinensis lived without abnormality during the 115 day experiment.更多还原
