【摘要】 目的　观察部分穿透性角膜移植术的疗效及并发症。方法　角膜病盲患者５１ 例５３ 眼行部分穿透性角膜移植术，术后随访０．３～７ａ。结果　角膜植片透明者５０ 眼（９４．３４％ ），视力恢复０．０５ 以上者２５眼（９２．５９％ ，脱盲率），０．３以上者１２眼（４４．４４％ ，脱残率）。　结论　部分穿透性角膜移植术可使角膜病盲患者复明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and complication of partial penetrating keratoplasty. Methods The partial penetrating keratoplasty was performed in 53 eyes of 51 patients .They had been followed up for 0.3～7 years postoperatively. Results The rate of clarity was 94.34% and the visual acuity of 0.05 or better was restored in 92.59%,0.3 or better in 44.44%. Conclusion The results show that partial penetrating keratoplasty can reserve sight of blindness from corneal diseases.更多还原
