【Abstract】 The price of real estate in Hong Kong is one of the highest in the world. The rate for renting and selling of houses developed by private housing developer are much more than the public can sustain. The Hong Kong government provides multiple strategies in inhabitancy for the middle and lower class hbitancy of Hong Kong, which has made big progress in solving the problem. These strategies can be used for reference by the large scale residential construction and housing market development of mainland.更多还原
