【摘要】 本研究为“聚偏氟乙烯树脂新工艺开发”中的偏氟乙烯单体制备部分。实验结果表明：甲基氯仿法制备偏氟乙烯具有工艺流程短，工艺设备放大容易，工业自动化程度高，废催化剂易处理，偏氟乙烯纯度高等优点，技术指标达到了合同要求。此项目为化工部“八五”重点项目更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of making vinylidenefluoride with methylchloroform is presented.The results show that the process is shorter,the devices can be enlarged and autocontrolled easily,the waste catalyst can be disposed of easily.the content of VDF is high,and parameters of the process meet the reguirements of the contract.更多还原
