仿人规则在混合煤气压力热值控制系统中的应用
Intelligence Multiple Control of Pressure and Calorific Value of Mixed Blast Furnace and Charry Furnace Gas
【摘要】 介绍了一类新型智能复合控制算法,与智能解耦相结合,解决了冶金工业中高炉、焦炉混合煤气压力和热值不稳定的难题。实时控制结果表明:本方案明显提高了控制精度,减少了压力和热值波动,很好地满足了用户的要求
【Abstract】 This paper introduced a new intelligence multiple algorithm which was connected with intelligence decouple.It solved the problem that mixed gas pressure and calorific value of blast furnace and charry furnacewere not steady in the metallurgical industries.The result of real time control showed that this metho dobviously improved the control accuracy and reduced the undulation of pressure and calorific value,and met the demand of users well.
