废钻井液固化处理技术的研究
Study on Solidifying Treatment of Waste Drilling Fluids
【摘要】 针对废钻井液不经处理会对周围环境造成污染这一问题,研究了用化学固化方法处理废钻井液技术。通过大量室内试验,确定了固化剂的组成和有效配方,研制出了XG系列固化剂。室内及现场试验结果表明,XG固化剂可以用于不同钻井液体系固化处理,使用方便,加量少,固化效果好,可有效地控制废钻井液对环境的污染。
【Abstract】 The technology of treating waste drilling fluids in chemical solidifying method has been studied forthe pollution of surrounding environment resulted in the waste drilling fluids without been disposed .Solidifying additives XG have been prepared with plenty of lab experiments. Laboratory and site testsindicate that they are suitable for small addition, and various muds effectively, The influence of wastedrilling fluids on the environmnt has been dominated by its being solidified.
