【摘要】 目的：进一步探讨医学生心理问题及其对策。方法：采用分层整群抽样抽取本校医学生470人进行症状自评量表和艾森克问卷测试，对测试结果与全国常模进行比较，还对医学生心理健康状态和个性特征进行了相关分析。结果：医学生心理健康状况明显差于全国常模，医学生心理健康状况与个性特征有关。结论：医学院校应积极开展心理卫生教育工作，加强思想教育。心理卫生与思想教育应有机结合起来，而不是相互独立，这样才能有效地改善医学生心理健康状况，提高心理素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 oblective:The ocupation of doctor requires good good persomality and mental health status. In view of the facts that there were many mental problems among medical students, an investigation on mental health status and personality trait of students was conducted at a medical university, in order to further explore counter measures against mental problems of medical students.Methods:With stratified and cluster sampling, 470 medical students were surveyed using SCL - 90 and EPQ, the surveyed students were compared with the nantional norm and the correlation between mental health status and persnality trait was analysed. Results: Mental health status of the surveyed students was remarkably poorer than that of the national norm and was correlated to their personalitry trait. Conclusions: Mental health education should be developed vigorously and moral education should be strengthened in medical universities. Moreover, mental health education should be integrated into moral education other than being undertaken being undertaken reparately so as to effectively improve mental health status and psychological quality of medical students.更多还原
