【摘要】 目的探讨检测Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者总抗氧化能力的临床意义。方法用ＣＯＢＡＳ全自动生化分析仪测定ＮＩＤＤＭ患者９０例（观察组），正常对照４０例的总抗氧化能力。结果观察组总抗氧化能力为９．７１±１．２Ｕ／ｍｌ，对照组总抗氧化能力为１３．０±２．０Ｕ／ｍｌ，观察组总抗氧化能力明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。总抗氧化能力与年龄无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５），与血糖含量的高低成负相关。结论总抗氧化能力的测定，一方面可观察ＮＩＤＤＭ患者对机体产生的自由基的清除能力；另一方面调节ＮＩＤＤＭ患者机体的总抗氧化能力，可有效预防和控制并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inqure into the clinical significance of determining the total anti oxidation in non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM).Method Using COBAS automatic biochmical instrument,we determined the total anti oxidation of 90 cases of NIDDM(observation group) and 40 cases of normal persons(control group).Results The total anti oxidation of observation group was 9.71±1.2U/ml,while that of control group was 13.0±2.0U/ml.The value of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group( P <0.05).There was no correlation between the total anti oxidation and age( P >0.05),while the negative correlation was found between the total anti oxidation and the blood glucose concentration.Conclusions By determination of the total anti oxidation,on one hand we can observe clear ability of free radical generated by the organism in NIDDM patients;on the other hand by adjusting the total anti oxidation,we can effectively prevent and control complications of NIDDM.更多还原
