【摘要】 目的探索高血压脑干血肿的外科治疗方法。方法采用ＣＴ监护立体定向幕上入路抽吸术治疗高血压脑干血肿３８例。男２７例，女１１例；年龄２８～６７岁，平均４５．５岁；血肿位于中丘脑１７例，桥脑２１例；发病距手术时间最短３小时，最长４８小时。结果术后经临床、ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ随访６～３５月，存活１７例，死亡２１例，死亡率５５．３％。结论ＣＴ监护立体定向幕上入路抽吸是治疗高血压脑干血肿的一种有效措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study stereotactic supratentorial aspiration of hypertensive brain stem heamatomas under CT monitor.Method 38 cases of hypertensive brain stem heamatomas were treated by stereotactic supratentorial approach aspiration under CT monitor.There were male 27 and female 11,the average age was 45.5(range 28～67) years old.Twenty one heamatomas located in pontine and seventeen heamatomas in midbrain thalamus.In all patients,aspiration operation were performed within 3～48 hours from attacks.Results With 6～35 months followed up,21 died and 17 survival.Conclusions Stereotactic supratentorial approach under CT monitor is effective for treating hypertensive brain stem heamatomas.更多还原
