【摘要】 本文简述非接触表面微观形貌测量技术的发展概况，并对几种新型干涉测量仪器的工作原理和结构作了简单介绍。

【Abstract】 This paper reports the development of non-contact optical measurement for surface micro-topography, then, instroduces the principle and construction of some new interferometric instruments.
